| Step 1: Prepare Laundry in Your Own Bags Get some bags and place your laundry inside. |
| Step 2: Choose Laundry Size Choose from small, medium or large size of laundry loads for your order. Tap on the bag images in the catalogue below and swipe to see the estimate measurements. |
| Step 3: Add to Cart & Checkout Decide on the quantity of bags you need us to pick up from you, add to cart and checkout. Step 4: Place Your Bag at Designated Collection Area Place your laundry at the laundry collection area assigned by your building's management. |

| ✓Attach your name, mobile number and unit number ✓Separate your laundry into different bags to avoid colour bleed, and add package according to your bags. ✓Use laundry nets for soft toys and delicates ✓Make sure your item's threads are strong. Avoid washing old items ✓Daily cut-off time for pickup is 12pm. Laundry will be delivered back by 7pm depending on traffic situations. |
